CloudOn Launches Version 2.5 of its Mobile Productivity Worskpace for iOS and Android Worldwide

Version 2.5 offers improved productivity features as company expands service into every Apple App Store and Google Play market in the world.

Palo Alto, Calif. – October 17, 2012 – Today CloudOn, the global leader in mobile productivity, is launching version 2.5 of its popular app, with major updates that make it easier than ever to ditch your laptop and get everything done on a tablet. The company is also now available worldwide through Apple's iTunes App Store and the Google Play market. What's new in CloudOn 2.5:

Version 2.5 delivers innovative new features aimed at improving individual and group productivity and saving time. New features include:
CloudOn FileSpace: The FileSpace keeps users up-to-date with a real-time activity stream that supplies necessary context around any document, including comments, edits and notifications; available for iOS, coming soon to Android.
Annotations: Users can add graphical notes to any item in Word, Excel or PowerPoint with a single tap. These annotations are saved in the document and will be displayed when the document is shared with others regardless of whether or not it is opened in the CloudOn workspace; available for iOS, coming soon to Android.
Universal Language Support: In support of its global launch, CloudOn 2.5 now includes enhanced keyboard support for all languages and alphabets in Microsoft Office documents; available for iOS and Android.
Improved, touch-friendly ribbon: The new ribbon for Office applications is optimized for touch-based tablet use and makes the user experience a breeze across all editing functions, including: selecting fonts, aligning text, spell check and track changes; available for iOS and Android.
